Dieting and Fitness

I started blogging yesterday on another site - blog.com to log my daily progress with my diet and fitness but the darn site was constantly logging me out and coming up with a BAD GATEWAY error code! It was annoying, so I decided to stick with the blog I have always used. :)

My original thought was to make it public on facebook but that wont work on here as my other blog is rather personal which is why I change names, etc.

Anyways.......

We are here, today. I am over 18 stone in weight and I drastically want to make a change to better mine and my childrens future. I worry that I could have future health issues. I knew that my weight was an issue but I put off weighing myself until just recently. I now feel like I want to take control of my body. I want to look good, feel good and be healthy. I want to run around with my boys without feeling self conscious. I want to wear what I like without going for baggy outfits to hide myself away. I am ashamed of my weight so its only me that can do anything about it.

I have started back on slimming world (although I haven't signed with an actual class as of yet) and am aiming to start a fitness routine with the girls at work. They go in their lunch hour so I am going to do the same thing. :D

I show a big smile, but I wont be smiling after the first Core Class! Ha.

I need to do this.

So that is why I started this blog, I want to document my progress and have something I can look back on. I want to see that I am doing well. My initial weight was just over 18 stone....I aim to weight myself every 4-5 days, yesterday and today have seen me have a different outlook on diet etc.

The posts on here will show my progress, daily food intake and I will share my thoughts as I battle through it.
